Courage and Contribution - a DVD

: The Chinese in Ventura County in the spirit of cooperation and a mutual appreciation for the history of the Chinese in America.  This project was launched in 2002, when we began recording the histories of Chinese residents in Ventura County.  WestEnd Productions edited these interviews along with historic photographs we have in our collection and created the documentary we have sent you today.  We provided every school in Ventura County, grades 4-12, with a copy of this film to augment immigration history taught in the social studies curriculum.
