Polyfet's LS2641 is an unmatched, push-pull, discrete transistor designed for applications 1-1300MHz. When operated at 28VDC, the LS2641 delivers 180W P1dB (200W Psat) across 20-520MHz as demonstrated in the TB263 pictured.
