Terms and Conditions of Purchases

Prices are set forth on the applicable written quotation. Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted in the written quote. Prices on non-quoted products are subject to Seller’s change without notice.

Payment terms are NET 30 from the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the Seller’s quotation. Seller may at any time, without notice, change or suspend the credit terms or stop shipment when the financial condition of the Buyer, or his account, so warrants.
Shipping terms are FOB Origin unless otherwise stated in Seller’s written quotation. Ownership of the purchased products transfers from the Seller to the Buyer once the products have been shipped from the Seller’s facility.

Return of delivered goods will not be accepted without the pre-approval of the Seller. If a return request is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. The returned goods must be unused and in the unopened original packaging. The Buyer will be charged a 20% retesting and restocking fee.

Order cancellation: The Buyer has no right to cancel a purchase order without first obtaining the Seller’s prior written consent, which will be given at the Seller’s sole discretion. If the Seller accepts a cancellation, one of the following will apply:

• Complete cancellation: The Buyer shall be charged any and all costs and expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
• Partial cancellation: The Buyer shall be charged any and all costs and expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation. In addition, the Seller shall be entitled to re-calculate the unit price for the retained or un-cancelled portion of the order as if it constitutes the whole order, and to re-invoice the Buyer accordingly.
