Polyfet RF Devices is perhaps mostly known for our RF power transistors. We also design and manufacture RF power amplifier modules. Some benefits to using such a product are minimizing system engineering and production time. Pictured is the MSCQ02; an internally matched, RF power amplifier module utilizing Polyfet’s LDMOS, push-pull transistor LR2401. When operated at 28VDC, the MSCQ02 delivers 200W Psat (180W P1dB) across 30-512MHz. The 100V drain breakdown voltage of the LR2401 transistor provides for reliable operating voltage for the MSCQ02 up to 36VDC.
